I just recently started drawing anime, so I'm not so good, but I tried anyway. My friend wanted me to draw a blond haired girl, so I had a go.
I wanted to make quite a scary and malicious character, which (I think) suceeded, and suddenly I had a brainwave "Wow, she looks either like a blonde Snow White's Wicked Queen, or a really scary Alice!"
I decided to go with Alice, but am I the only one who thinks she has an uncanny resemblance to a more anime-like Alice/evil Queen? I've been obsessed with fairy tales after reading George Maguire's Wicked! and Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister which are very good by the way...
Constructive Criticism.
DISCLAIMER: (as stupid as this sounds) I do not own Alice in Wonderland.
I used Letraset Promarkers/Triamarkers, white ink, Pilot G-TEC-C4, and Photoshop (border)
It looks really good, the arm could be shortened and the eyes should be more balanced, but I love~ and I mean LOVE the dress. It does look like a dress called "Alice in Wonderland" talk about ironic when it comes to Gothic Lolita.

Thing only this I can suggest is adding a harder shadow upon the hair band next time. Also, the left eye is off and the neck is a bit too long for the positioning of Alice's head.
Your spin on Alice is beautiful, though. I really adore this piece and you've done a wonderful job.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
